Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of QRplify, a QR code service operated by Grove Ninja Group LLC, a Delaware company in the United States. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

QRplify lets you create static and dynamic QR codes. Dynamic codes redirect through QRplify, so you can change where a printed code points without reprinting it. The generator app runs at app.qrplify.com.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Give us accurate information and keep it current. Tell us at hello@qrplify.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Plans and billing

QRplify offers a Free plan, paid monthly plans (Premium and Unlimited), and a one-time Lifetime plan at $279. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account dashboard. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use QRplify to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Link to malware, phishing, or harmful content.
• Send spam or mislead people about where a code leads.
• Disrupt or attack the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own the data you put into your QR codes. You give us permission to host that data and serve the redirects needed to make your codes work. You are responsible for the content your codes point to.

Dynamic QR codes

Dynamic codes keep working while your plan is active. If your plan ends, see the Refund Policy for what happens during the rest of the billing period. Keep your account active to keep your printed codes redirecting.

Our intellectual property

We own QRplify, including the site, the app, the software, and the brand. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service.

Availability

We work to keep QRplify available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, pause, or retire features as the product develops.

Disclaimers and liability

QRplify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Grove Ninja Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. On closure, your dynamic codes stop redirecting.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the new version here and update the date below. If you keep using QRplify after a change, you accept the updated terms.
