What's the difference between a static and a dynamic QR code?
Static codes embed the destination directly in the pattern. Once printed, the link is locked.
Dynamic codes point at a short QRplify URL that redirects to wherever you want, so you can
update the destination, schedule changes, and track scans long after the code is printed.
Do QRplify codes ever expire?
No. Every code you create on a paid plan stays active for as long as your account exists.
Free plan codes remain active indefinitely with a small QRplify footer on the landing preview.
What file formats can I export?
PNG (up to 4096 × 4096), SVG, PDF (CMYK ready for commercial print),
and EPS. Every paid code includes a high-res preview, a transparent-background version, and a print-safe version.
Will my printed codes keep working if I cancel?
On monthly plans, your codes redirect for the full billing period. If you downgrade to Free,
codes remain readable but redirect to a default QRplify page until you reactivate.
Do I get scan analytics?
Every paid plan includes real-time scan data. Timestamps, device type, city-level location,
and referrer. Unlimited plans add UTM pass-through, CSV export, and webhooks for Zapier, Segment, and HubSpot.
Can I add my logo and brand colors?
Yes, on all paid plans. Drop in an SVG or PNG logo, pick any hex color, and choose from three
module shapes (square, dot, rounded). Save presets to keep your whole team on-brand.
