QRplify is operated by Grove Ninja Group LLC, a Delaware company in the United States. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers qrplify.com and the QRplify app at app.qrplify.com.

Information we collect

• Account details: your email address and password when you create an account.
• QR code content: the data you put into the codes you create, such as URLs, text, WiFi details, contact details, menus, and uploaded files.
• Scan analytics: when someone scans a dynamic QR code, we record the time, approximate location, device type, and referrer so we can show you scan statistics.
• Billing information: if you buy a paid plan, our payment processor collects your payment details. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: pages you visit, features you use, and basic technical data such as browser type and IP address.
• Cookies: small files that keep you signed in and help us measure how the site is used.

How we use your information

• Run the service and keep your dynamic QR codes pointing to the right destination.
• Show you scan statistics for your codes.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Respond to support requests.
• Improve the product and fix problems.
• Send service messages about your account. We only send marketing email if you opt in.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how visitors use the site. We use analytics providers to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.

We keep your account data while your account is open. We keep QR code and scan data so your codes keep working and your statistics stay accurate. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.

We operate from the United States. If you use QRplify from another country, your data may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate.

Children

QRplify is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.
