These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QRplify (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our Chrome Extension and full-featured web platform located at app.qrplify.com. By using QRplify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Use of the Service

QRplify provides tools to create, customize, and manage QR codes. You may use our service for personal, business, or commercial use, provided you comply with these Terms.

You must not:

  • Use QRplify to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content

  • Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform

  • Interfere with or disrupt QRplify systems or services

2. User Accounts

Some features of the web app require registration. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may be available through paid plans. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

By subscribing:

  • You agree to the pricing and billing cycle presented at checkout

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • Refunds may be granted in line with our 7-day money-back guarantee (where applicable)

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and features of QRplify are owned or licensed by Growth Ninja Information Technology LLC. You may not use our name, logo, or materials without written permission.

QR codes you generate are yours, and we do not claim ownership of your input content.

5. Data & Privacy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for full details on how we collect, store, and use data.

QRplify does not sell or share your personal information. The Chrome Extension stores data only on your device.

6. Third-Party Tools

QRplify may integrate with third-party services including, but not limited to:

  • Stripe (for payments)

  • Google Analytics 4

  • Google Tag Manager

  • Microsoft Clarity

  • Growth Ninja CRM (GoHighLevel platform)

We are not responsible for the terms or policies of these third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

QRplify is provided “as is” without any warranty. We are not liable for:

  • Any damage or loss resulting from the use or inability to use our service

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms or services

  • User-generated content or QR destinations

Use QRplify at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to QRplify at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of QRplify after changes are published means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
